How do I return?
Options 1:
- Click Here, enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
Option 2 :
- Contact "Returns@pipolli.com" directly with your Order number in subject. You'll receive return instructions in 24 hours .
What items are returnable?
- Harnesses and Collars policy:
- We accept returns of unworn and unused products within 15 days after the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in their original condition with tag, Duster-bag intact.
Note: Monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Teepee Return Policy:
- Due to the nature of this product, teepees cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective. Please email us with any issues or concerns before placing your order.
- Clothing Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 10 days after the delivery date. No dog hair, smell, and/or stains on clothes. Items must be unworn and unwashed, tag must still be attached.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like a replacement for the item(s) you are returning, we recommend that you place a new order with the new size/style you need. Our inventory changes daily and this is the best way to guarantee that the items you need will be available.
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping unless product is defective.
- If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returns must be sent prepaid, via a trackable carrier.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email .
After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
Late or missing refunds :
If you haven’t received a refund in 2-5 days , first please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items :
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts :
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
